I did a restore (eventhough iphonebrowser could helped me to move the fonts to the right place). My question now is that:

How to restore the backup taken by iTunes? Does it do it manually or I can select which backup version to restore? I can see the back up history, how to force the restore of the contacts for example to be read from a certain backup?
