I would like to to report a bug that I'm still facing. I have most of my contacts stored in the following format: (00xxx) xxx-xxxx were the first three x's are the country code.

My carier deliver's the SMS with the following format +xxxxxxxxx (+country code followed by the 7 digit phone number).

The defult sms app matches the name with number correctly, while the smsd app does not.

I found out that if I replace the international prefix (00) with (+) in my contact info the smsd app recognizes the contact info correctly.

So I hope we can fix this bug in future releses coz changing 700+ contacts will be such a bad way to spend my weekend

This issue is when SMSD is not the default SMS application. After receiving SMS, I click ignore and then when I open SMSD, it hangs for a while and then shows springboard. Then 2nd start is excellent.

hey,
whenever the inbox is empty and press delete all and confirm deleting the app crashes to springboard. Also when i delete a message in conversation view and go to main page then click inbox, the app crashes.

whenever i open a message in inbox and click the trash box and then the delete message option, the app freeze for 15-20 seconds and then crashes to springboard. i am using 0.2.1. Hope it helps you develop the app in a better way.

This works for me every time. Can you run SMSD on ssh console and send the output so that i can make sense out of this? Does it crash immediately or after some time? Need more info to get to the bottom of this.

Is it with one particular message? Do you have any other SMS app running on your phone?

Ssh into your phone and run /Applications/SMSD.app/SMSD.

UPDATE: I think I have figured this out and fix will be available in the next release.
