[App] colloQ IRC Client (enhanced mColloquy)
mbranes (an awesome developer) presents you colloQ IRC Client which solves the buffer "red" bug, lets you start PMs,etc...

This is a modified version of mColloquy, the IRC client inspired by Colloquy for MacOS.
mColloquy bugs that are FIXED in colloQ
* Channel and PM views are corrupted and go all red/orange after some time. Fixed However, each channel or PM view is limited to approximately 5700 characters. Oldest messages start scrolling off once it fills up.
* Input bar is black on iPod Touch. Fixed
* When channel and PM views are first created, the very first message is lost. Fixed
* Tapping on URLs in channel and PM views causes app to crash/disconnect. Fixed
New features introduced in colloQ
* More notifications are visible: joins, parts, nick changes, etc.
* Channel/PM timestamp
* Activity notification on main chats screen
* Channel member list allows access to user functions:
o Start/Resume PM
o Op, Deop
o Ban, Kick
* PM views now include a "Close PM" button
* Fonts and icons are now smaller - screen real estate is precious!
* A number of "slash" commands are available:
o /join <chan> Self-explanatory. The channel will appear in your main list. Example: /join #iPhone
o /raw join <chan> password I forgot to add password support to the /join command, but you can use this raw command as a workaround for now.
o /me <text> Sometimes referred to as an "action". Example: /me throws a hissy.
o /msg <nick> <text> Sends a PM to <nick>. Example: /msg nickserv help
o /query <nick> Opens up a PM window to <nick>, but does not send a message. The window will appear on your main chats screen. Example: /query JoeBlough
o /nick <newnick> Changes your IRC nickname. Example: /nick NewNick
o /ns <cmd> A shortcut for /msg nickserv. Example: /ns identify mypass
o /cs <cmd> A shortcut for /msg chanserv. Example: /cs set #iPhone desc A channel.
o /ms <cmd> A shortcut for /msg memoserv. Example: /ms read 1
o /os <cmd> A shortcut for /msg operserv. Example: /os help
o /raw <txt> This is a special command that sends text directly to the IRC server. It is like the /quote command found in other clients. With it you can send any command that the IRC server understands. Example: /raw links. (If you really want to see all of the commands that the server understands, take a look at http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1459.html).

UPDATE: 17/01/08
mBranes released a little tweak so you can get rid of the timestamp, if you don't like it.
Many people do not like the timestamp. I will make it an option in a future release, but there's a way that you can get rid of it now if you don't mind a little tinkering.
1. Download a modified standard.css
2. Using some form of scp, copy standard.css to /Applications/colloQ.app/ on your phone, replacing the one that's there.
3. Restart colloQ (after closing all connections) and enjoy having no timestamp!

Hi folks!
Thanks for the interest in my app. The response has been really encouraging, and I plan to continue this project and make colloQ even friendlier and feature-rich.
One small note: The mmColloquy app that was on BigBoss' repo was actually a pre-release version of colloQ that accidentally slipped out due to a misunderstanding between parties, not including BigBoss. He was not aware that this was an unfinished version of my app that had slipped out. All is well though. He was kind enough to remove the app from his repo, and now colloQ is out! No harm, no foul.
Thanks again!
