is it possible for someone to either mod the calendar app so that when birthdays are set to contacts that you get a reminder or even that the date is marked in the calendar? OR if thats not possible could someone make a birthday reminder app with such features?

i'm accustomed to this feature coming from pocket pc n it would be quite useful..thx
