Any APP to locate other Cel. May be with IME #, work must like Locate Me native app????

Yes, Navizon, which is better than LocateMe in a lot of fields. It uses real triangulation than just pointing you at the place of the cell tower, uses WiFi APs as well, and it has a buddy feature where you can set up buddies than can view your last location (only between regular Navizon users though).
