[Advice] international payload-region format?

I posted this in the wrong section so I'm reposting here.

I live in the US and travel to Spain. I used iplus2.0b to unlock, activate, jailbreak my 8gb Iphone. I used the international payload. When I go to Settings/General/International/Region Format there is no option for Spain. There are 20 other countries, but not Spain. Does this mean that I'll have the dialer/caller id problem in Spain? Is there something I need to download and install so this isn't an issue? Thanks.

OK.... I found the solution and installed appsupport for 1.1.4. How do I verify that it installed properly? Shouldn't Spain show up in the list in Settings/General/International/Region Format? If not, what region format would I use for spain?
