and also a protocol or something to connect iPod to bluetooth headphones
It's not bluetooth but take a look at Erica's SendFile program. Should allow the two of you to transfer back and forth between two phones.

You really want to use slow-ass bluetooth to send big song files?
Various 'Books old and new
8 Giggity, Giggity, Gigg-it-y.
its slow, but its convenient cause every phone has bluetooth now, so you can send songs and videos and pics over to your friends phones right away
if you using e-mail, most ppl don`t have axs to e-mail on their phones, so the person gotta go on a computer download the file, connect the phone to the computer and so on....
i`d really like to have this too, before i got the iphone I was debating if I should get it or not because of the lack of bluetooth transfers, and the shitty camera aswell.
I always tought this was a hardware limitation and could`nt be fixed with software
Not everyone has a phone with WiFi, I only know one more person with a WiFi phone, so a bluetooth transfer app would be great.
yup i agree, we should have a bluetooth transfer
am not sure but i read somewhere that the bluetooth stacks are missing in the iphone and no one can code them without the sdk from apple itself..
anybody knows about this in details?
specially if u wanna hope of a TOMTOM mobile u'll need a BT driver![]()

The bluetooth transfer i think its a must, i also used to share pictures and videos with my friends, its a shame iphone didnt came with this.
I would think they won't include Bluetooth file transfer, because it would mean the ability to "share" music. The company created things like iTunes to make money. Bluetoothing music is pretty much P2P sharing, on a different level.
