I just downloaded iblacklist form cydia, but I don't think it is working properly. I was testing it out with a phone from my contacts, and fine it gave me a little icon letting me know that I had received a filtered message. I checked it in th iblacklist app. 1. The problem is that I found the message on the SMS app that comes with iPhone. 2. I tried to delete the name from the blacklist, and I can't find it. How do I stop the filtered messages from showing up in SMS app that came with the phone and how do I delete contacts once I have place them on the blacklist. Can someone help me with this please. Well, the default setup is set to remove the blocked message from the default sms history and also store the blocked message into iBlacklist's history. This will make the badge not show up and also the message not show up on messages app.
From your report, i think you probably switched off this setup:

Messages Settings -> Delete Message

Set it ON and it shall work fine for your there.

About your second question, well, i could not understand what you meant. What are you exactly trying to delete there after placing the contact into your blacklist?

Sorry about not being clear. The situation is that once i delete a name from the blacklist, it is still blocked when i call Back from it. Can u show me the settings for this too.

There's no need to try the abgrouper, since the list exporting feature from adressbook groups was transferred to iBlacklist itself. If you have any other needs, just let me know.

Hi there, I just installed iBlackList 3.1-2 on my iPhone 3.0

I wanted to test it out before buy anything.

I was looking to hide sms from/to certain senders.

In the main blacklist I added one contact, and then set that blacklist as the only one active.

But I have been receive messages from different contacts and all of these messages are being moved to the iBlackList Activity History.

I was expecting it would only block the messages from the black list, and not all of them.

Do I have to create a white list for the 99% of the remaining contacts ?

Please help me troubleshot this issue.

By the way, the messages I sent to the blocked contact from the iPhone built in SMS application are moved to the Activity History. That´s cool.

The messages I sent from the iPhone SMS app to not black listed contacts are kept there. That´s cool.

It would be great if the incoming messages of non blacklisted contacts are not filtered out.

I also purchased iBlacklist, and after restoring my iPhone, it doesn't work and says the trial is expired. I've contacted both the sales and support email addresses, as well as the Rockyourphone support. No answer from anyone in over a week. This is ridiculous. I want my $12.99 back and am disputing it with paypal.

EDIT: I got a response from iBlacklist devs, and it turns out, I had to install it from Cydia and not Rock, as evidently somehow I bought the wrong version. Works now though.
