[2.0] intelliscreen installed, ipod in iphone shows no songs

Hi,
i just installed intelliscreen from cydia,
but now "ipod app" in iphone says no songs,
where as, on opening itunes on PC, it shows all songs, videos, are already there !, and they take the required space on iphone too, (i mean space on iphone is "NOT" vacant, as shown by ipod app, in iphone).

I uninstalled intelliscreen, but to no avail !

now i'm trying to install it again !
hope that resolves the problem.

Basically i think, the ipod app, is not able to access the database of songs, videos stored on iphone. !

Any solution to this mess !!!

I had the same problem but without installing intelliscreen, so I don't think that intelliscreen this the problem... in this link I've showed how I solved it, it might not be the best way, but it worked for me

Deleted both itunes & music folders,
and created new one's with same permission's
itunes said error, can't sync,
so rebooted

Now iPhone is in endless reboot !

Ok,
deleted this file too !

com.apple.SpringBoard.plist in Launch daemons !

but endless reboot.

but restoring from backup done 15 days ago !
let's see if this saves my iPhone !

Strangely,
the restore was successful !
and iphone still in dock restarted after the restore from backup !
but screen is still on apple logo, where as, itunes displays my iphone, and all the sync functions are visible, i can sync contacts, and all.
music & video;'s are gone (as i deleted them already )

but the screen is still Apple logo !

If you've notice in the link, I suggested that you rename the folders, so if u did just rename back the old folders... that should do the trick

Damage's already been done !

i had to restore the phone !
and worse, it's not restoring from last backup done on 18 Aug.
So i'm setting it up as a new phone !

my fix for the "no music" (but space used) problem is:

1) rename the itunes_control folder to something else
2) conect iphone to itunes (you should get an error of some kind, or a prompt to config as a new iphone/restore)
3) close (and quit) itunes (the iphone will show a short sync message)
4) delete the newly created itunes_control folder and rename the original one to its original name
5) reboot iphone.

It's strange that this issue is becoming more frequent with firmware 2.X.
It happened to be twice so far.... I hope it won't happen again...
I hope we find a solution for this.

sorry mate if my steps screwed up your iPhone, I guess I was lucky with those steps worked for me.
