So last night because I was bored and testing a few things out. Long story short I ran Chmod -R 777 on my /Applications directory through SSH, now i'm at work and Cydia won't load. This is the only change I have made on my iPhone so I believe it is the cause of the problem.

Everything else works, except for Cydia.

I have mobile terminal installed, what can I do to fix my problem?

I tried using the "Fix User Dir Permissions" in BossPrefs v2.05b but that didn't seem to do anything

try chmod -R 6777 /Applications/Cydia.app

Is there a specific reason Cydia needs this to be done?
