[1.1.4] Backing up World Clock and AddressBook

I am trying to back up some of my settings on the phone. If iTunes is not an option, how would I backup the World Clock settings (new cities that I've added in) and my AddressBook?

try time capsule and then using ssh copy the followin folder /var/mobile/Library/TimeCapsule Rep me if it works for you.

Can it be done without time capsule? I want to include it in my iPlus payload. I've got AdressBook backing up and restoring ok now, just not the world clock.
