Hi!

I have bought a UK OTB 1.1.2 iPhonw with o2-uk. I had it jailbroken on 1.1.2 working with o2-uk and everything was going fine until just now. When ever I go into installer and install a app instead of going to the unlock after the installation it just goes back to the menu screen and stays there like normal. At that time the new app icon is not on the menu and even if I go back to the unlock then ulock the phone it isn't there. Once I have restarted the iphone the app icon is there but when I click on it it breaks down and goes back to the menu screen everytime. It does this whenever i try to install something now but all my older apps work fine. How can I stop this happening?
