Pretty "innocent" threads deleted, private messages also deleted or tampered with, I wouldn't call that "business as usual" in a "normal" forum.
Meh, some stuff has certainly gone on in the past 2-3 days, but I'd say 75% of the stuff you refer to is people jumping at shadows and wanting to see evil where there is none..

For instance, the "deleted pm's" someone mentioned (was it you?) in the "glimpse" of the site that they saw whilst it was down is simply the fact that what was running in those glimpses was a backup from may 10th. I saw the same thing.

    -Hagar.

I don't think so, Hagar. My own private messages to and from Sabr regarding "aulter" were selectively deleted or tampered with(they were still there but the text had been deleted).

I was able to access parts of the forum for a few moments. It seemed that all my saved messages after the 5th of May had been deleted.
There is no need for that, because I was far from reaching my limit.
Unless there is some other reason...
this is what I was referring to.. I'll have a word with sabr about the other thing, which I hadn't heard of before now..

Yes, but that is a different matter. I was talking about messages being selectively deleted within minutes or hours while the other messages were left untouched.

There is definitely something strange going on. I don't want to come up with more rumors, but I think there may be a relation to the 9A466 leak and Apple... I just hope that InsanelyMac had backups of everything - otherwise a lot of useful information would be lost (like a library burning down)!

    EDIT:
I see, they had backups, so I just hope they can restore everything!

What rumors am I spreading, exactly, Hagar? I told what I THINK I know. It is extremely likely it was aulter (you know, the guy you have no memory of....).

I read only about half of it. Pretty unsettling.
But he (Colonel) might have some valid points (I'll avoid going into details).

Alright. That is enough for me. I am not saying anything more about it.
