Yep, eBay for the while! There are some on there already for the $830 no commitment price. Or in that price range anyway.

I can sell you how many iphone 3g do you want!!I have the unlocked iphone (you can use your sim!)Cause in italy it's impossible to sell a phone only locked to an operator..it's an italian law!!:-)
I have to activate here in italy then you can use it with all the sims you want!

There are lots of unscrupulous sellers on eBay, you never know if you're paying a no-commitment price on a phone they got by cheating a contract. I wouldn't recommend buying one there just yet.

no, they just cancel the contract after 30 days and pay the ETF which lets them keep the phone. the only ? i have is how people sell the 3g iphone unopened new in box, without being activated?
