I got a paypal refund from webpp yesterday, so I'd assume we're out in the cold on this.

Yep, I think im going to have to report Webpp to paypal today as well. I tried to give him a chance (everyone gets busy) -- but his chance is now over.

He did not refund mine... already contacted paypal...

Me neither...

Tried to contact him a couple times via email and PM.

Although he visited this site over the weekend I've heard nothing from him.

He appeared to be honourable so will give him the benefit of doubt.... for another 24hrs...
