iphonsimfree.com Central London pool
As far as I'm aware, the iPhones need to be on the same WiFi network as the person possessing the license in order to unlock it, so I'm starting a pool for Central London.
If you want to join, just send me an email at arushsehgal@gmail.com with however many licenses you want to purchase. At some point you would have to front the money so I can raise the funds to make the bank transfer, but of course if the iphonesimfree thing turns out to be a scam then i'll just refund everyone's money through Paypal. I have an office on Oxford Street, London W1 where we can all meet and unlock the iPhones.
When I reach 50 people i'll send out an email to everyone letting them know and we can decide how to proceed.

Is this for real? Where did you get this information? IPSM servers will monitor IP addresses per licenses sold?

I don't see how that would work. ip addresses can regularly change on the same network.

Thats true, but they could lets say bind to the Subnet, of course sooner or later the whole world could be covered. So lets say they bind to MAC address of Router? Or MAC and IP subnet combo? MAC can be cloned rather easily.
Otherwise I think this is completely nonsense, they should just sell the pool of licenses (50 - 5000) with a SSL admin interface, where the wholeseller could register each license with the phones IMEI or some other ID, and the end user could do it over any internet connection and be authenticated by the ID or IMEI. But I am sure they have some better method,

"Once resellers have provided their purchase details and made payment, they will receive an application to install on their iPhones. They must then log into the iPhoneSIMfree "back office" via WiFi connection where the iPhone will be registered and unlocked...while we're sure some resellers will offer unlock service for the iPhone you currently own, that means you'll still have to send or take it in (instead of quickly unlocking from the comfort of your own home), and if a future update should break the iPhoneSIMfree unlock, at BEST you'll have to take it in again."
This is why I'm confused that the Aussie dude is selling 300+ licenses, unless everyone he's selling to is also in the same place as him.

So far I've got 8 out of 50 licenses accounted for
