    If anyone wants to fix the bootloader and baseband issue I am now selling my iphone 8GB in almost new condition in ebay.

    The starting bid is .99 cents, I think my son can tell that is a lot less that $349.

    you need to return it where you bought it, do a restore then get it back to the orignal screen.

    return it and say you dont want it///

    they have a 14 day return policy, not questions asked.

    I know, but I held it for too long, I purchased it about 16days ago. And I took it apart, they can probably tell.

    bbupdater and all those, and always get bootloader too old...

    You can update the bootloader. I had the same issue. You need to find and download the bootloader firmware file: BOOT03.09_M3S2.fls and place it in the same folder as bbupdater. Then run this command from putty/SSH: bbupdater -l BOOT03.09_M3S2.fls. If you can't find the link to the file post send me a private message w/your email address.
