sales are building up rapidly, pre-orders, but the real deal is not in here yet!

I betcha tonight we will have a delay cuz lawyers called in!

It could be a good thing as it will make sure the software works with the new rumored firmware upgrade. Downside for me is i am working hard to full fill 250 orders for all of you.

Given they want to sell in bulk, is that an indication that teh software is easy to hack? or is it more to do with the business model?

I think it's being released like this in order to cover themselves legally...but I am not sure exactly how this works. Maybe they are hoping that with hundreds of re-seller sites, Apple will have too many people to sue/shut down? (but if they just shut down IPSM then all reseller sites become useless too right?)
