I just wanted to ask, if color composite is possible, if I install full OS X (10.4.11) Tiger on an External Hard Drive and boot it on AppleTV ?!

I only have an old TV here and it would be great to have a full OS X on the AppleTV, but I would need color output on composite!

I have looked through all tutorials, but I am not 100% sure, if I can load the composite kext on the full OS X or just with NitoTV or something else on the AppleTV

This might work - but as both composite and component out have some overscan - you might not see the whole desktop. The border of the screen, eg. Dock, Menubar would then be out of sight.
Afaik, if it works correctly depends on your TV.

As Tiger on ATV never worked correctly for me (26" LCD TV), I don't recommend using it.

Hi! A have a broken ATV. It seems there is no firmware on HDD. Should I see any video activity on TV, or without HDD videochip is not initialized during boot and there in no video out at all?
