AFP and recovery.dmg

Hi,

I have a 1.0 original AppleTV, but have long since lost the recovery dmg after a handful of formats and upgrades.

When I had AFP{ working about 18 months ago it was about 10 times faster to copy files than using SMB or (S)FTP

Where can I obtain a recovery.dmg?

It appears that there are a lot of us out there that need the 1.0 recovery.dmg file. If someone can please send me the link also that would be great -- I have been going crazy trying to find it.
