ATV OS Update
I haven't loaded it yet, but it seems that Apple just released an update to the AppleTV. It's build number is 8N5880 (previous was 8N5818). It seems to be an update to the OS dmg file only (no firmware updates).
Anyone know the differences yet? Doc

I think it is related to the iPhone Remote Update which says "Control your Apple TV with simple fingure gestures (iPhone OS 3.0 required)"
I'm excited to see what it means  I downloaded the remote update and then tried to see a difference with the aTV but i didn't find any, then I went to settings on the aTV and the aTV was loading something but then it suddenly stopped, so I'm still on 2.3.1! EDIT: I retried several times, now it's loading!! 8 minutes left!
