difference between two path

Hi to all
i want to know what is the difference between this two path:-

Quote:

/User/Library/CallHistory/call_history.db in iphone

And

Quote:

/var/root/Library/CallHistory/call_history.db in iphone

mmmm.. I haven't got any /var/root/Library/CallHistory/call_history.db on my iPhone 3G fw 3.0.1 !!!
