I would like to start developing for the iphone platform, and I would like to go with the cydia store due to the obvious freedom it provides.
However, I have no code compiling skills (please do not be rude to me as I am sincerely asking for advice) and I would like to start learning. Do you guys happen to know where I could start learning? I have been doing pc service for 6 years now, but mostly software/hardware maintenance. THank you! |

Going straight to iphone software development without any previous experience may be quite annoying and troublesome. I suggest you should do some programming stuff in mac/pc desktop environment. Than you can move on to more restricted and challenging platform which iphone is. You can learn objective-C while writing your own code on mac. Just my 2 cents.
