saving order of subviews
I have an app where users can place various images on a canvas and change their sizes and layer order. I have it so that the users can save each image with its location and scale but I can't figure out how to save the layer order for all of the imageViews. Has anyone done this? Does anyone know how to do this?

Actually the app is not released yet, as I am trying to get it completed the way I want.
What I meant was has anyone in their own projects been able to save the layer order of multiple imageViews so that the order could be restored the next time the app is launched.
