I don't see it on the iPhone Dev Center homepage yet.....where did you get it?

At the moment its only available for download for iPhone enterprise developers, it should be available to the rest very soon.

Your title is inaccurate ... there is no 'SDK Beta 6' - and may never be. You only assume we (devs) will get a new release ... no proof.

About how many days are the betas usually posted for all iPhone Devs, after being posted for Enterprise Devs? Just a bit interested
