I thought I would pose this question.
Will Apple only let registered Iphone's users buy any apps from their SDK site ? This would be a convenient way of killing the accessibility of Jailbroken and activated Iphones. Thoughts ??

Yeh, Loads of phones are jailbroken and hacked. If i remember correctly, In the q&a after the sdk announcement, Jobs said something about the revenues from the apple store goes to Apple them selves, and nothing to do with the carriers.

It has to be linked to an Apple ID in some way, I bet. This may also mean it will only be available in the countries that have official iPhone carriers (US, UK, Ireland, France, Germany). Let's hope it's not, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case.
