what is the best program to rip FLV files from a site, but its not a youtube site, its my class lectures... it requires my usernameand pass so i dunno what program to get. lolz

Try Moyea FLV downloader. If you run into problems with the user/pass - hopefully you can work around the site sessions by first viewing the web page in Moyea's browser - entering your username and password - you should stay logged in and then be able to download the video.

File2HD is the easiest FLV doanloader to use, but you have to be on firefox, but i guess you're violating TOS
