I think it is quite odd that GH was able to unlock the 1.1.2 otb and do it in less than 24hrs after actually sitting down and the Dev Team couldnt do it at all. The Dev Team took in donations out the ying yang and wouldnt so much as even say they were doing anything. Their friends on the forums would post things like "they dont owe you guys nothing" "shut up and leave them alone" etc etc. GH sat down and figured it out and has not asked for a dime. That is a true "hacker". A true hacker hacks for the thrill of it and the glory one gets from being the first to figure something out, not ask for donations for "research". I wonder how much out of pocket GH had? I am sure he trashed several phones before he figured it out and he dont even have a forum site just a blog. I applaud him for not jumping on the donation bandwagon like so many other have. I think everyone that has used his unlock should send him one dollar (us) minimum. That does not seem lik emuch but if you look at the big picture that would be thousands if not tens of thousands. He deserves it. He is a true hacker!!!

true, he is the hacker i admire the most. but he has not bricked any iphones. at least he claims that until a day or 2 ago. he said he finally bricked one cuz he changed the bootloader to a wrong one or something but yes i am very thankful

help....im done upgrading my iphone to 1.1.2...and when i "jailbreak" it,it says it can't connect to the device...what shall i do...and where do i get oktoprep?...help guys...
