anyone ran purplra1n and stuck in recovery mode?

PS. purple ra1n only works on 32bit systems from innitial reports. and does not fully support virtual environments.

...but how to hacktivate? Does the existing patched lockdownd work?

I was going to pick up a pay as you go 3gs this afternoon - would it work to jailbreak and unlock it like this, then ssh in and replace with a patch lockdownd? (Which I assume must already exist somewhere...)
