Hi all,
I was trying to decrypt the 018-5344-086.dmg with vfdecrypt and I don't succeed. I'm trying it on a Windows 7 machine, I installed Cygwin, and I'm running this command: vfdecrypt.exe -i 018-5344-086.dmg -o decrypted_fs.dmg -k B9CD10DD88AB615C1963E8AA04950B12DD64E0E5B11EA63C79 A02AF6DB62334C710D21DA I get his as output: Code:
keyDerivationAlgorithm 0 keyDerivationPRNGAlgorithm 0 keyDerivationIterationCount 0 keyDerivationSaltSize 0 keyDerivationSalt blobEncryptionIVSize 0 blobEncryptionIV blobEncryptionKeySizeInBits 0 blobEncryptionAlgorithm 0 blobEncryptionPadding 0 blobEncryptionMode 0 encryptedBlobSize 0 encryptedBlob C:\Users\NAS\Desktop\aapl_FW> C:\Users\NAS\Desktop\aapl_FW> What am I doing wrong?

Oh, that black one must be a copy/past error. Well, I succeeded to decrypt the official 3.1 somehow.
The whole idea behind this question is: how to check if a download (unofficial) ipsw is pwnt with the Pwnage Tool 3.1.3. Because someone can just change the file name and say that it is pwnt. If I restore, my baseband will be updated. I emailed MuscleNerd about this, but he could only check the ipsw but couldn't say how he did that: Quote:
Maybe you guys can help me? |
