preliminary fix available
Dev team has posted a preliminary fix. I guess you need a legit activated iphone for this to work.

From the readme file, I assume the "Get Legit Keychain Data" step is merely for the infamous "educational purposes only". "nimble" is the "decrypter" tool, while "inject" is the Push enabler.
Too bad I have no SSH, Mobile Terminal or even Icy installed on my phone. I would love to give it a try -- sorry, too lazy to reinstall my phone all over again.

I wonder wether the properly unlocked device has to be the same as the one you hacktivate later. Perhaps I could use a friends' push.cert and push.key files... ? Or do you think two devices can't have the same .key and .cert files?
I have an AT&T sim card on the way from the USA, but I'm afraid I can't activate because of other people saying you have to enter your personal information in iTunes and go trough billing plans screens etcetera.
