Hi I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS using redsn0w 0.8 or something. It worked and everything is fine. But i today went to add another email account and my email/contact settings from the iphone settings screen is gone. Has this been moved to somewhere or is this a bug of some sort?

Do you have Winterboard installed, and Extended Preferences set?
I had the same problem, but I have a 2G jailbreaked with redsn0w 0.72. After jailbreaking I could view/configure my email accounts, but a few days later I realized that the email account settings option (and Phone, Safari, Messeges, etc) screens have gone. I turned off Extended Preferences from my Winterboard and all those settings are in the right place now. |

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
Yes I have Winterboard but I do not have Extended Preferences. I had BossPref or wutever for a whole 3 minutes before i uninstalled it. i have iBlockList installed. Could this be a problem? I just also installed Extended Preferences. Then enabled and disabled it to see if the mail settings come back. but it didnt work. any other ideas? Thanks a lot for the help Last edited by Exvitermini; 07-20-2009 at 03:10 PM. |

hey im having the same problems, any way to fix it?
Edit: nevermind I figured it out, if u have categories, and u have the mail app hidden, then it won't show up, as soon as I unhid it, the mail, contacts, and safari option showed back up Last edited by panesingh; 07-22-2009 at 11:26 PM. |

no problem, really surprised this problem hasn't shown up anywhere, a quick google search only shows your topic...
