This may seem like an idiotic question, because I am a newb at this. I'm at the part when I run the redsnow program but I don't know how to open it because its file type is TORRENT. Any ideas on how to open/run the program?

Tip. to open torrent files download utorrent. it will take few seconds to download it, open zip file, extract exe and here we go.

Man just go to the part of Pc (usually it saves to the My documents in XP or in vista at downloads)

Extract it... drag the 3.0 ipsw file onto redsnow and release it then u should make ur iphone in DFU mode that u can see in youtube and just hit enter and all proccess will be done
