Itunes not working

hi all,
after restore then redsnOw, i got my 2G phone working for Tmobile but only the Itunes is not.
My brother iphone also has same problem after using RedsnOw, and he restore again, just using AT&T no RedsnOw then his Itunes is working.
any idea?

Could you explain it more clearly, iTunes on the computer or the iTunes store on the iPhone?

Try reset network settings. Or, enter APN, username, password in EDGE setting.
