do u downgrade its modem firmware if yes then how because i dont think so that 3.1.2 version have this modem firmware

Updating your iPhone 3G or 3G[S] with 3.1.2 custom firmware, the baseband will not be updated and remain unlockable at baseband 04.26.08.
