Default Chinamobile - iPhone3G FW 3.0 w/ Jailbroken + Ultrasn0w - EMERGENCY MODE ONLY

Problem here guys ...

My GF is in China and using a Chinamobile sim, but whenever she puts in her Chinamobile sim, the unit kicks into Emergency Mode + iTunes Activation Mode (Plug into iTunes).

Here's the specs of her unit

iPhone3G - Rogers Network - Not Hackactivated
FW 3.0
Baseband 04.26.08
Jailbroken
Ultrasn0w w/ Ultrasn0w toggle SBS Settings - ON

Method 1: Powered off and rebooted w/ Chinamobile SIM Loaded
"Emergency + Activation Mode (Plug into iTunes)"

Method 1B: Holding Home and Power together until the unit is off and powered back on w/ Chinamobile SIM Loaded
"Emergency + Activation Mode (Plug into iTunes)"

Method 2: Powered on w/ Roger's SIM, removed and swapped to Chinamobile SIM
"Emergency + Activation Mode (Plug into iTunes)" kicks in right away

Any idea how to solve this problem? She doesn't have computer w/ her

Pls and thank you
