I need some help…

I have abrand new iPhone 3GS, with firmware 3.1.2 original unlocked.

I'm stuck at the (pin)apple logo loop… If I try to restore, it always end with error 23… Here is the itunes log:

I tried to restore the 3.1.2 firmware using iTunes 9.0.2, 8.0.2 in windows and mac, using DFU and recovery mode, and the same error appears everytime…

If I use blackra1n RC3, the geohot's logo is showed, stood for a 3-4 minutes, and then the iPhone reboots (and again in the apple logo loop).

I can use the iRecovery tool, and it works with some commands, but I didn't find it helpfull at all… I run out of ideas…

Is it possible to access to the filesystem or upload a new baseband using iRecovery??? Is it possible to change the apple boot logo from DFU o recovery mode without using iTunes?

Obviously, I can't take the iPhone to an Apple Store, because the pinapple logo…
