is it possible to jailbreak & unlock OS 3.1 with baseband 06.02?

if not, is it possible to restore back to OS 3.0 to baseband 04.26.08 via itunes using customer IPSW ??

i am trying to unlock a 3G phone for a friend who has OS 3.1 baseband 06.02

You have baseband bootloader 06.02 and baseband confused. They are two separate things. From your description though I think the answer to your question is no. Unlock is not possible for 3.1baseband and your version of baseband bootloader does not support downgrading baseband.

there is any 3.1 custom firmware for 3g iphone because i need to upgrage ma iphone 3g 3.0 to 3.1 with unlock solution
