3.1 3g m/f 04.26.08 can i unlock ?

hi guys im stuck in a loop looking for this answer , im a mac user if helps the process , im happy to go back to 3.0 if that is an option ?

as long as the baseband is 04.26.08 then you can unlock.

Please describe your problem, looping problem ?
