I either get this every 2-3 times I sync my iphone:

"Attempting to copy to the disk ''Sergiu 3G' failed. The disk could not be read from or written to."

Followed by:

"The iPhone "Sergiu 3G" cannot be synced. The disk could not be read from or written to"

This has happened to me on both 3.1 and 3.1.2 on my 3G.
What could be the culprit of this so annoying thing?
I have the lastest version of everything on my iphone, as well as on my laptop....

Any thoughts?

(iTunes 9.0.1.8 under Windows 7 RC 32-bit right now, 3.1.2 3G)
