Default Could someone shed some light on the MP3 playback bug?

This crazy issues seems to keep on reoccuring on my iPhone no matter what....
So, I have iTunes 9.0.1 32-bit on Windows 7 RC 32-bit and I use it to sync my 3.1 3G iPhone, and, even though the MP3s on my laptop have no errors in them, after I add them to my iTunes library and sync them to my iPhone, they skip a lot in random places throughout the song, but that does not occur in my iTunes library or on my laptop.

I thought that this had been fixed at least in iTunes 9.0.1 but apparently not.

Is it an iPhone or iTunes bug?

The only resolution to this that I have found is to continually delete the file from my iTunes library, add it back, and sync it back onto my iPhone until it ,,gets it right,, which is pretty annoying acsually....

Do any of you guys have a better, quicker solution?

THanks!
