Default do mobilesubstrate add-ons eat much ram?

I mean, if I have a lot of add-ons, will they eat up my ram memory? or do they just eat ram when they are used? for example, the cydelete add-on, or the fileschema or any of those, how much ram do they eat?
thanks!

I believe if the addons are written correctly they should only use ram when they are used. But I do know Winterbpard uses 10mb of ram when install with zero themes enabled. I have read that apps like "20 Second Lockscreen" claim only to use memory at the lockscreen. But addons like Notifier use ram (and battery) constantly
