How to Jailbreak Beta 4 on iPhone 3G (unofficial)

Here's a quick how to, it's only for the iPhone 3G

1. Grab QuickPwn for beta 3.
2. Download this bundle ans place it into the /Data/..Bundles/ directory.
3. You're ready to go, follow the QuickPwn imstructions.
4. Thank me :-)

So, i'm not going to make an bundle for the old iPhone, as i don't have one.
Also do use this on your own risk. If you don't know what you're doing, stay away!

yeh i have never been able to figure out how to extract or add bundles to a windows exe (being a mac user i avoid windows like the plague whenever possible) so any general instructions to do this would be appreciated, not sure how to get at the contents to add or remove anything at all from an exe.

Download WinRar
Right-click on quickpwn.exe and click on Extract with WinRar
Go into QuickPwn/Data/PwnmetheusBundles directory
and place here downloaded bundle

... But i think it wont work, because in this bundle are updated keys, but where is updated kernel patch and others?

There is no need to extract the executable File. QuickPWN for Beta 3 is (or better should be) already in it's extracted form. Also don't worry about any missing contents, it's Quickpwn, not the full Pwnage tool, it patches the files "on the fly" from the given *.ispa

Hopefully i helped a little? Also here's a shot showing HOW the QuickPWN dir. should look like:

oh you can just make a data folder and put the bundle inside? i thought it needed to be in some "internal" data folder. that was the source of my confusion. thanks for the clarification. every time i've gotten quickpwn and extract it its just the exe by itself and nothing else.
