The iPod function is definitely slower to start at first, but once going it seems to run okay. Otherwise things are okay, aside from non functioning Youtube (which I've rarely ever used anyhow).

So are all features in the beta 3.0? I see no MMS or A2DP for 1G. What about the other features? I heard only Copy and Paste was in this beta version?

Upgraded to 3.0 on my 2g from 2.0.2

My YouTube is working OK, It took ages for the iphone to initially sync but once it did all is fine.

Yep you are correct, so this procedure is only for anyone who wants to tryout 3.0 on a 2g model and nope sorry, still working on Windows over here

Anyone noticed that awnsering a call can take up to 10 seconds ? When i have opened a lot of programs, it looks like a memory issue.

worked like a charm with Abras methode (i used rc3), besides youtube (who cares)...

But does anyone know a way to get it working with your old Backup? I really would love to have all my apps like they were before...

The iTunes in my Mac is having problem so i can't really test this:

right click on your iphone in the iTunes left bar, and select restore from backup, chose the backup you want.
I did it here, and i have my phone the way it was before, only cydia and cydia apps that i dont (of course).
