Rocketfish USB bluetooth dongle is compatible because I used it. If your iPhone is hacked to use tethering, all you need is the standard USB connection and the newest iTunes 8.2. This will enable it. I highly recommend that method. Did you ever get your Belkin wireless G to work? Let us know. You are correct regarding my ethernet jack not working. I don't use it anyway, so I don't mind. I'm always on a WiFi network.
Apple iTunes 8.2.1 via VersionTracker then onto a USB STick then install - Connect iphone via USB creates a new network on OSX and yep gets on the net
Word has it downloading silly amounts of Data via Tethering will get you in trouble - its easy to flag in UK 02 are looking for this and will kick you off!

will try this WIFI Stick tomorrow ok -- Thanks again

@wingzero619

You can check out images of Chameleon here:
Chameleon: Introducing new features added to next version of Chameleon, part 1.

It's fully customizable, but I haven't played around with all of the functionality yet ...

@calic0: I got the ethernet jack working! I knew I can get the damn thing to work. So for all of you out there who converted your mac and need a basic ethernet connection, I now have a solution! I have to work on a couple of things right now but wanted to share the great news with everyone!

Here are a couple of shot of my NB205MAC utilizing an external USB WiFi device for those of you who want a quick fix to WiFi since the internal WiFi chip is not compatible.

I'm looking at having internal wifi, do I just need to get a mini PCI wireless card to install into the computer provided it has the right chipset to make it work?

Default Wireless Card

Great Guide Wing Zero - Toshiba ought to be payting you commission, I only bought mine after reading your guide.

Can anyone confirm if a half height WiFi card is required, looking at the photo in the post it looks like a full size one will fit. My nb200 came today but I dont have a torx 7 screwdriver to hand.

Thanks...

Ian

@jeff000: You are correct. If you can get a hold of a supported mini WiFi card like the one in the HP Mini 1030NR, then all you have to do is swap it out. Videos 2 and 3 show mine working with a swapped chip as well as my guide.

@cnofuente: I had the link expire within 24 hours since I didn't know how popular it was going to be. I'll make it available soon and I'll let you know. Keep checking back here for updates.

@igordon99: Thanks for the kind remarks. Glad I can be of service and I don't require any compensation. This is my contribution to the Hackint0sh world. It's not required that you get a mini WiFi chip since I've shown you are able to use a compatible USB WiFi adapter. However, if you're picky about it (like I am), I would rather swap out the internal chip for one that is supported. The pictures above are just examples of what you can do. So I got internal wireless (swapped chip), USB WiFi adapter and ethernet all working. If you're going to open up the bay at the bottom of your NB, then you'll need to make sure to get the correct Torx head. You don't want to strip it.

@wingzero619 - ETHERNET sounds great!

Bought same WIFI USB stick as you - OSX see's it -- do you need software etc as its not showing in Network only in System profile.
Bought a Mini Bluetooth USB works fine - these are not cheap as they are Mini etc but its tiny so hard for it to get damaged.

Had a play around today -- I do notice when it goes to sleep then you try and wake it , its kinda wakes up but does nothing ie no mouse movement etc so I do a hard reset.

Seems that ubuntu uses have the WIFi working with the help of
Code:
http://wicd.sourceforge.net/

Im clueless how this relates to OSX86 right now as not been involved in hackintoshs for years.
