I've ran the NetBookInstaller only AFTER I had installed Snow Leopard, and on the Hard Drive in which I installed.
On the Flash drive, you only need to restore your Snow Leopard disk and then patch it using NetBookMaker, nothing else.

Oh, sorry for not warning you, but this "unsupported device" thing always shows up, the other tutorials only say to ignore it and still run.

This method should work with any external HD drive or 8GB+ Flash drive.

That's what I'm exactly figuring out.
I'm a little busy here with some work, that's why I'm not trying at the moment, but I can show you some stuff people used when installing Leopard on NB200:

This is the Essential Package by wingzero with a lot of stuff we needed to keep Leopard running good.

You may also want to read the post I did a few weeks ago talking about the packages, Leopard tutorial and some other stuff.

If you have any success, please tell and share with us.

Are you sure that you're following it correctly? Because it worked perfectly on my Toshiba NB200... I had Windows XP on it before installing, so it wasn't an update, it was a fresh install.

Your netbook does conclude the installation process? Or it crashes/freezes before or during?
