Have you tried or made the attempt to install OSX on your NB205? I'm still working on mine but will soon post a guide on what I used to install OSX. In the mean time, try to get what I have posted earlier on this thread. This way, you'll be ready when I post my guide.

Whoo hoo the best update! I did some behind the scenes work and now the wifi chip works. Don't have to use my usb wifi adapter anymore. It's been a good week working with this Toshiba NB205!

What's going on Mingy. My battery meter is fine. It shows me full charge and time. You could install slim battery. Google "slim battery for mac" and you'll see come up with no problem. Install it and you should be fine. As for my wireless, I swapped out the Artheros chip for a Broadcom chip and it picks up with no problem. I'm in the middle of work and creating an installation guide. I took some pictures of what I did. I will post them later today.

thanks wingzero, when you said behind the works scene on the wifi i thought you somehow got or whipped up a driver lol i guess there's no way around it unfortunately time to get a broadcom chipset based card. just to let everyone know make sure you get a half height card because the full size ones dont fit.

Are you talking about the wireless chip I swapped or the usb wifi adapter? The wireless chip I installed was a broadcom (same as what the HP Mini 1000 1030NR uses) and the usb wifi adapter is a Linksys. Hope this answers your question.

Here's a couple of photos of what I did. I took the broadcom chip out of the HP Mini 1000 1030NR and placed it into my Toshiba:
