iDeneb from Usb to internal hdd?

hi men i ask if is possible to transfer a O.S. iDeneb 1.4 from USB PENDRIVE to internal HDD...i hope it's possible for my eeepc900hd it's so slowly now.

I'm not sure but I think if you have the disk image you can restore it to the memory pen so it acts like a cd then boot off that?
