Unfortunately, OSX Disk Utility is unable to format the partition after ERASING it.

I previously set up 4 partitions:

Part 1: XP, ntsf,
Part 2: XP, ntsf,
Part 3: logical extended, ntsf (I use for temporary storage)
Part 4: Fat 32 lba for this LEO install, 10 GB
Part 5: unallocated

OSX Disk Utility is able to see all partitions and ERASE Partition 4, but the formatting and new label -> fails.

I get same results with iDeneb v1.4.10.5.6 or Kalyway 10.5.2.

I am on HP nc8430 Intel CoreDuo notebook, with SATA HDD.

After creating LEO partition with either GParted or Acronis, I get same results in OSX Disk Utility. The LEO partition shows up in GParted as hfs+.

Any help is warmly appreciated!

Okay, so here goes. I just want to make sure that before i download the iDeneb v1.6 10.5.8 Lite Edition ISO and try this out on my Toshiba Satellite A210 that my processor is pretty much okay with it for the install

So heres my specs that showed up when i used CPU-Z
