quickpwn.exe application error, HELP!
Okay, i have been having the worst day and would just love some help on this. PLEASE!
 I have my ipod touch, 2.1 and i have everything downloaded for the jailbreak, and when i try to run quickpwn an application error saying this pops up, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." This has been driving me insane! what do i do?! (in lame mans terms please!)

It means that you need to install the .NET framework. Then, try again
